"Stu was exceptionally helpful with residential security system layout, required equipment needs and follow-up! Equipment on the way; will update after receipt and installation. Equipment arrived as promised. I spent approximately 5 hours installing cameras, making cable connections, routing cables through attic & walls, etc. Easy process. Finally, technical support was top notch setting up required domain name, new IP address, and required device software. Highly recommended! "

"Prices displayed with installer discount and without are helpful to me. Checkout was fast with stored info. Some links in camera navigation menu weren't clickable (no hyperlink). It looked like my browser (firefox) was still grabbing data from zopim. Only had the problem with browser window at half screen. Might just be my setup. Thanks."
