"The NVR was not exactly as described in the video on their site and they told me that they need to look at that and maybe change it. I would have possibly made a different choice if I had known. the instructions are very vague but support is pretty helpful and there is pdf instructions online I,m old school and prefer printed. Product quality seems very good and I would buy here again."
