"Product was as expected and was in good condition upon arrival. The ship-to-delivery time is a bit too long. Delivery time expectations for online purchases in today's world is 2 to 3 days. A week or more is too long. I powered up the NVR for the first time today without incident. My only complaint is the product manual available for download on the SCW web site appears to be out of date -- at least for the Vanguard Pro product.
