Purchasing a replacement for our 5 year old system. Sam was helpful, however had some issues obtaining technical information about HDD speeds and connectivity. He did advise me on possible reverse compatibility issues with our legacy cameras, however was able to assure us that it will run correctly. Having this information presented prior to purchase shows honesty and integrity of the company. Would have preferred he offered me a returning customer discount instead of waiting for me to ask for one. HHD drive prices could not... read more
