Always love working with SCW. This is my 4th camera for home and I have their DVR. I received my camera and it was not plug n play as expected. Talked to customer service and Michael tried extremely hard to get the camera to work but it wouldn't respond. He is sending me another camera which he will preprogram. Hopefully that will work.
