We used VanDyk Mortgage when we first moved to florida and bought a new home. The whole process flowed seamlessly. We were pleased enough that we used them again five years later for a re-fi, and it was even better. They even found ways to save us money on closing costs due to it being a re-fi. I cannot say enough about Sean Moore and his team. You will not be disappointed!
Great experience
Everyone were very friendly and was on it. There has never been an issue. Very clear to what was needed and understanding and patient with me when I was having trouble getting documents. Definitely recommend anyone who is purchasing a home.
