Personally I haven't had the privilege of seeing his new office in Searcy, but I was fortunate to meet him a few years back in my Dentist office in Newport when he started his practice with Dr. Michael Brown, my husband was seeing him at that time, and later on he Moved to his own place and left Newport, but he is and was very well respected and a great person as well as dentist, he has a kind heart, Christian faith and in all a great all around family oriented guy , I would recommend him in a heartbeat, he is very courteous... read more
Reception did not bother checking insurance and would not see my daughter due to her having both a private plan and Medicaid. I filled out all paperwork then was told they would not see my 4 year old daughter. It hurts to see my daughter turned away because a front office person could not verify insurance first to save patients from spending 20 minutes on paperwork that did not even matter.
