I cannot say enough about seashores Surgical. From the nurses to the person at the front desk to the doctor to the anesthesialogistics. Super kind environment everyone was just so personable. My doctor Shandhya Shukla who performed my colonoscopy was wonderful, great bedside manner. I was very. From the front desk to back out the door, this was a superior team! As a retired Operations professional responsible for establishing procedures and improving processes, I can’t help myself, subconsciously noting such things when I’m on the receiving end of any service. I had my first Colonoscopy last week and the entire staff at Seashore Surgical were so accommodating. They made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the doors. I was pretty nervous but, they were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. It was like talking to your best friend! I will definitely be using them for all my colonoscopies going forward! 😊
If a colonoscopy could be a great experience, this one surely was! My husband and I scheduled ours together with Dr. William Basri and we were scheduled at Seashore Surgical! Everyone from beginning to end (pardon the pun) was awesome! So kind, friendly and experienced! Thank you Tom, Jeanie, Alice, Kim and the amazing anesthesiologist whose name we didn’t get! Great experience for a not so fun prep!
I was so impressed with Seashore Surgery Center! I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who immediately put me at ease. My pre-op nurse Jeanie, who was wonderful, came out to get me and from there on in, I just knew I was in good hands. The procedure went smoothly - Dr. Shukla and her team took very good care of me ... though - thanks to the great anesthesiologist, I don't remember anything! Last of all, thank you to Dan, who was very kind in taking care of me post-op. You were all a great team!!!
