A short while ago, I decided to change dental clinics and made an appointment, in person, with Cornerstone about 5-1/2 months in advance. Very impressed with Lily who spent a lot of time on the phone Re my new, unique insurance, handing me a form to sign to request films, etc., from previous clinic, and forms to complete and bring in at time of appointment.
