Easy to use
I worked in the DOC for twenty three years retired last spring. Been with SECU for about as long and have never had any problems. The app is alway's available and easy to use.

what l need to find out is readily available. so so convenient for me
the new login takes too long. I prefer the thumbprint method
Very organised and easy to use especially in terms of transactions to other banks.

The app works, but definitely lacking. Cannot view your bill pay stuff (it doesn't auto fill your current amount you have to pay despite having my bill already). There's a new Snapshot feature that keeps asking you every time you log in. I don't want or need that feature, please stop spamming me about it. Overall feels slow to use and doesn't feel like am Android app. Also, no way to provide feedback on the app but through here it seems.
