I am a member of 3 credit unions & I like SECU's APP. Just visited a branch on a Saturday & did banking super easy with video tellers. Intially gave them 5 stars, but after working with this CR over the last 4 years I can say it's just a very aggravating experience. Like so many places today, SECU managment does NOT do staff to do their jobs (staff who answer the phones). I get wrong information all the time. I can actually call 3 people and ask any question and get at least 2 different answers.
