I've made several calls over the last two days to the property manager at 214-305-6216 during business hours. The phone just rings and rings. I've left two voicemails and sent an email yesterday during business hours. No one has called me back or replied to my email. I'm a brand new customer. I need to speak with the property ASAP. So Ive been renting a storage unit at the Carrollton Oak Tree location for roughly a year.And inflation has driven the prices of everything sky-high!
