Joe was professionally cordial. I knew immediately he was from the Bronx. Very friendly and shared a story with me that actually had happened to me years ago. Up sold the rental agreement and emailed me everything. How fn great is that ! Start moving in three days.

We have been renting 2 storage spaces here for 1 year. Last week we had someone break into our storage unit and steal specific things, big and heavy things that you would be able to see perfectly through a camera, worth over $5000. The lock, which was purchased here, was not broken, someone broke in with a KEY or picked a very sophisticated lock. I’m the only one who has the keys to this lock, and they are not lost. Spent 2 hours trying to get the keys to the truck. On the phone three times with U-Haul. Finally gave up and drove to 380
