Very pleased with the ease of leasing our units. Employees are great to work with. Property is very well kept. Climate control units are clean. So much better than our experience with another company!

I rented the unit for a specific piece of furniture that was being upholstered and to be delivered on a specific day. I was very clear with the individual who helped me. I signed the documents, set-up the code, etc. He entered it into the system and I inquired about testing it and was told it was already in the computer with no issues. The following day the delivery was made and we couldn't get in. I called the office at a quarter till 6 with no answer. I left messages, no answer so the delivery returned to Ft Worth.
