It was a such a pleasant experience! Chanel, at the front desk was so polite and accommodating. I had several quotes from other storages that advertised first month free, but when I inquired about it they said they had nothing available in the size I needed, which was way over priced. Nothing came close to the great price I’m saving at StorAmerica!

I like this place. I used it once before 2 Years ago. Excellent Service, good price, Convenience location . I highly recommend PALOMAR AIRPORT storage.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR STORAGE UNIT HAS GOTTEN BROKEN INTO. THIS TIME THEY TOTALLY RANSACKED OUR ENTIRE UNIT, BROKE FURNITURE ETC. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER UNITS THAT GOT HIT, BESIDES OURS. THEY PICKED THE LOCK AND PUT IT ON BACKWARDS AGAIN! SO, ITS GOTTA BE THE SAME PEOPLE! WE WILL BE LOOKING INTO A SECURITY CAMERA AND ALARM FOR OUR UNIT, I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME! WE ARE LIVID AND ANGRY!

Horrible horrible people. Force you to buy insurance and when my sofa was ruined by rats infiltrated my storage unit after waiting for over three months they have yet to compensate me for the damage.Very dishonest people,
