I had a great experience renting a storage unit at Upland Self Storage. The person that helped me (I didn’t ask her name) was very pleasant to talk to and very thorough throughout the rental process. When I arrived there were two customers ahead of me and she worked at a very fast pace without leaving out any details and answering every last question that the customers had. The signing up was well done and the Manager was very nice and professional. When I came to put my stuff in the unit it was filthy! I had to go home and get a broom to sweep the unit out. I find this to be very unprofessional and I am not happy!
