I was greeted by a very professional staffer . Joyce explained the various options available for my storage needs . She took the time to go on the property and show me a unit that would meet my needs and helped me complete the contract easily. She is a tribute to your organization!!

The process was simple and easy. I was able to reserve a unit online. The people in the office at my location were extremely nice and helpful in explaining everything. The only problem I had was being able to sign documents online. I had to get a paper copy and sign them in the office but that was no huge problem.
