I’m pissed. I paid 4 days in advance so that I can have access to the storage for Christmas days as I loaded all my stuff in the truck ready to unload. I was told the unit wouldn’t have lock and I will have to bring my own. When I got there. There were locks on them and nobody pick up the phone because of Christmas. Now I have to pay $100 extra for my truck for the extra day.
Ken was amazing when assisting me during the day I was moving my things into storage, so glad I chose this location. Thank you Ken for your great customer service!
