I didn't actually rent from this facility as I didn't end up needing storage. However, when I went in to get prices I fell in love with the customer service. Sam was great! She was knowledgable and friendly. The store was clean and well kept. If I ever end up needing a unit this is where I'll be renting!

Security, security, security!! Obviously the cameras don't work. Whatever cameras there are. The location doesn't help. It's a free for all for the tweakers. You like your stuff? Don't store it here.
Rats in many units..and very bad management they never resolved the issue. They asked that I speak to higher management and still nothing got resolved nor even made any attempts.
I have been an easy loyal customer of Securcare and now pay double what I started paying, and I assure you my income has not gone up by double. I'm even paying more than your highest in-store price and $100 more than the price listed online per month. That is over $1000 a year more than new customers. My stay at Secure care was terrible, I would never have thought that renting a space in this place whose name is secure care would be so inefficient, contrary to what its name indicates, I was robbed, my lock was broken and another was placed in its place after Having removed half of my belongings and leaving what practically did not matter to them, they stole things of monetary value and others whose sentimental value to me is priceless. horrible horrible got my stuff stolen from my unit, looks like a inside job from another tenant as the likely came in from the ceiling. no cameras in hallways please dont rent here unless you want your stuff stolen
