It was a good experience thanks to Tom! Nice clean facility and very safe. Above and beyond that was the help that Tom gave me in finding my unit, taking care of the locks, and working the safety doors for security I felt very good about my SecurCare choice. SecurCare is great storage place That is mainly because the first person that started me out using SecurCare was very good at what he does Tom was able to help me out right away and stuck with me until i knew how to use this location This is only the second time I've used a storage in Tulsa. Thanks to Tom and the professional way things are done here, I'm very please with where I've choosen to store my valuables!

My unit was broken into and $10,000 worth of goods were stolen. The manager's first response was to shrug and say, "well, these things happen." There was no remorse or shock on the part of company or its employees, despite the fact that it was clearly an inside job. The perpetrators broke into my indoor unit through the grated ceiling and lifted out 70 lbs boxes. They left behind water bottles and snack wrappers, indicating they had plenty of time and help. I fell in the parking lot on the ice while the man running the business was on a long lunch & refused to let my husband & I in before he finished eating. I'm still in a great deal of pain & would appreciate a call back so I may go to the hospital or chiropractor ASAP. THANKS
