I DO NOT recommend this place. When you first rent from here it goes smooth with out any issues. They sure do make it seem cut and dry simple when it really is anything but. There is price increases, mandatory insurance that doesn't cover anything, rodents whether you have food or not. YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE! I have had storage at this location for nearly 3 years. When SecurCare took over initially we had no problems except a couple inexplainable price increases that weren't grand enough for us to consider moving our unit. Just yesterday I went to my storage to remove some items and was met with filthy hallways AND rodent droppings. This place USED to be immaculate as they advertise. This storage facility is horrible , I have been here for about 4 years , it was previously owned by extra space storage and let me tell you they had it so clean!!! But the new owners have it horrible it's Sad. You can walk along the facility and you will se rat and mice droppings everywhere, the floors are even sticky. Unfortunately I had to give my storage away to a lady that was brave enough to pick it all up. I started renting my unit in Dec. 2016 had no problems they know I was homeless the staff was very kind, caring and helpful. Then things started changing I started seeing new staff I would ask where the other staff was , I was told that they rotate and that they were at a different location. Not to happy with the way they do business. Today I closed a account with them and there was a total of $7 that should of been prorated back to me. But since they don't prorate but the statement said $7 was left on the account. I told the guy working there I don't think it's right you guys don't prorate. But if I leave my stuff there you guys charge another month right away he said yes we do. He said I'm not here to answer questions. I'm just here to say yes sir no sir. You WONT ever get my business again.
