No one available upon move in. Tried to move in Monday January 9th at 10am and no one in the office with a sticky note saying “day off”, no help with locks or what was okay. Found the unit was too small and no one available to help get another one. Husband went the next day January 10th still no one there to help facilitate a bigger unit.
