I've been a customer of Securcare Storage for over 6 years at the same location in Avon, Indiana. Since the company has been taken over by NSA brands, my rental rates have constantly increased to outrageous rates! This year alone 2023, I have been paying almost $900 per month for 3 units that are rarely maintained, no lights, leaking roofs and doors as well as poorly maintained property. Shalonda is the poster child of customer service, but the company only cares about making money. I rent two unit at the 9685 Fall Creek Rd. location, and there was a recent break-in where multiple units were broken into and now the front gate is broken and does not close which make it even easier for the thieves to return. I can't do this anymore the cost of my unit keeps going up. I started out paying 45.00 dollars as of yesterday they raised it again with no warning now if $150.00 a month same unit I've had since 2009. I'm disabled and can't afford it. If I wasn't down from breaking my back I would get my stuff out this week. I've been in this unit since 2009 but I originally started renting from you in 2004 and transferred units in 2009.
unit was broken into on the second day. extremely dilapidated, trash everywhere. obvious drug addicts hanging around. multiple other units clearly broken into. the security guard told me the person working the office was to return at 11 am, at 12:30 pm.
