Kim and her husband are very friendly, and I had no issues with renting. My only complaint is that the unit had a large amount of dirt that would seep into the openings. This was my first time renting a storage unit, so this may be normal. I will be moving to a new place and taking all my belongings out of storage now, and Kim was very helpful. If I need to rent again, I will utilize this company.

I have used a 10x10 storage unit at the Will Ruth location for several years and have generally been satisfied with the place. The managers are always very helpful and friendly. The units are convenient and accessible. The rental rates are comparable to similar units in El Paso, if a bit on the high side. For those living in northeast El Paso in the Parkland/Irvin area I can recommend SecurCare Storage.

People there are good..personally I think there company is in Financial trouble..they have FEES for everything..GOOGLE THEM an it will tell you major complaints is EXTRA FEES..Find something better
