I’ve never had to put anything in storage before so needless to say I was very hesitant and had a lot of questions, Billy assisted me he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and put me at ease. The facility is clean and secured so I ended up renting a unit and I’m very happy with the decision I made. Thanks again Billy!

The office at the facility was not manned at the posted open hours. The "open" sign was flashing but nobody was there. The sign on the inner office door said they would return at 10. The self-help kiosk was not that user-friendly. I finally called command central and that person completed my lease application and sent me the unit number and gate code. Once in, the facility is clean and acceptable.

Getting a unit was pretty easy over the phone. However the primary email address was incorrect and nothing was mentioned about needing to purchase a cylinder lock. Luckily some was in the office I could talk to and buy one from. Wish this was mentioned over the phone before I purchased a $20 lock that now I have no use for.

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would as I’ know of a few others that would also. U it broken into, with obvious forced entry, half my items stolen. Took the appropriate steps with the police as well as with the claims department just to be put off for a great length of time then finally to be told they would not accept my claim, and that it was denied. Went to office several times and no one was there had to back several times to get a lock. I had reserved the unit online and that was a waste of time. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this place to any one. The lady working there is very moody
When I rented the unit,I was forced to use the kiosk I was unable to reserve online as the website was down so I wasn't able to get the first month free as advertised also I was given 3 codes to get in the gate before they gave me a code that says welcome golf cart! So after an hour of trying to just get in the gate I unloaded the truck and tried to close the storage unit door and place the lock in the cylinder and it was bent from someone breaking in prior.
