I did everything online but had my daughter go to the storage facility to check it out. Once I arrived at the storage facility, I wasn't sure where the storage room was at. There were people working in the office, but they didn't open for another 45 minutes. The lady inside came out and she explained exactly where the room was and gave me the code to the building. When I went inside to the room i rented, it was spotless. All told, I had a great experience. It was easy, effective and the staff made an emotional connection. Thanks.

Tymekia, at 3800 Bragg Blvd location has great passion for customers. I came in needing a second storage and she help me get squared away. I was even able to get my military discount. She listen to me as I complained about my first storage. The lady at 3520 Bragg blvd location told me they didn't do military discounts and then my unit price went up higher tan a bigger unit. Tymekia, provides exceptional customer service, I will always recommend this particular location.
