Dr. Pierce was a good Doctor overall, her nurse and staff are very rude and will leave you on hold for long duration's at a time. This doctor and staff will never follow up with new medications nor will they address any concerns you have about medications or exasperation of medicine's.
I've had 2 visits to this office. First visit I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room then another 20 in the exam room. My visit today I waited an hour and 15 minutes and when I finally got called back they thought I was there for an ultrasound, which I definitely was not, then had to wait again in the waiting room. Dr. Johnson is great, but the attitude from the staff and the wait is not worth...
I have called the office and left multiple messages with Dr. Johnson's nurse and have heard nothing back almost a week later. I arrived early for my appointment and even still i was in the office and waiting for over 2 hours total.
. A Year later and I'm still receiving bills because they are a wreck and can't get it together. Also they didn't make me better and I ended up in the emergency room thanks to them.
Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone if you need any help...
