Youre customer service people are a joke...not helpful and couldnt understand half of what they said...the lady at storage facility was wonderful and very helpful
Very poor customer service, pretty obvious she did not want to be at work, not very helpful, didn't appreciate being forced to get renters insurance, paying for a month and will not be back.
