The office was closed early and no one was at site when I arrived. Had to call online to set up storage and was able to figure it out. Should have had instructions on site to call for information on what to do if no one is working when the clearly left early.

I went to rent a unit just to find out that the one they gave me was already rented. They had another unit that was the exact same size that they said they would need to clean and they’d have it ready the next day. When I went back to get it, they said it would be $100 more than the original one that I started with, but it was the exact same size!! No explanation as to why it would be more expensive.
