Disappointing Experience: My recent experience with SPS was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I traveled all the way from Alexandria, Virginia to Baltimore to purchase a storage unit I had bought online, only to encounter numerous issues upon arrival. Firstly, the facility only accepted cash payments, which meant I had to spend three hours gathering cash before I could proceed. The storage unit is the best I have ever used. Especially with the ability to drive indoors to unload. Chris and Lee are amazing and will take good care of you.
Do not store anything here. Why? First, they make up their own pricing rules. They double the price every 6 months. You have to move your things to a new unit to get the price back. Once I was told I had to leave good reviews to get my price back. Yesterday I was told they'd refund my money for the month on a pro-rated basis. Today Brittany told me that they don't give refunds. This location is actually a Fair distance from my home, but I drive because I needed affordable space, which was clean, secure, and accessible. The pricing here was very fair, the management is very nice to work with, and the place is always spotless. I have never seen a bug or any other unwelcome creature and I feel like it’s one of the best rentals I’ve ever had a rental facility.
Rachel has got your back! She has been so helpful along the way and has gone above and beyond for me. I’ve been renting a unit here for a few months and feel at ease knowing all of my belongings are safe. The building is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They also have uhauls for rent at the space which made it a very easy transition. Soo glad I found this place!
