Initially there was a mix up and my agreed upon storage unit was not available. The young lady manager quickly worked it out and got me a suitable replacement. Gratitude abounded...
We are still using this facility and we are still enjoying the services offered. We sleep great at night knowing our stored belongings are safe. we also appreciate the emails and reminder calls for when payments are doue! u get so busy with daily life that u tend to forget the smaller bills, so we appreciate getting the calls! the service here is awesome
