SPS Herndon is a really nice facility. The management is alway friendly and professional. The customer service is great The facility is clean and secure. I have been at this facility for 8 years and have had nothing but great experiences. We have had a lot of turn over in management, but each time, the new teams have been nothing but friendly, professional, and were there for the customers. The folks at Herndon Security Public Storage are always great to work with. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the indoor storage facility is always clean and well-kept. Security is great and I don't have to worry about being in the facility after the office is closed. Ann M.
