The worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit company... we had this storage unit for the duration of approximately 7 months. A couple of months in, we had gone back to get a few items and found our property within our unit covered in rat feces and urine. We let the managers know and were told that the row behind us had gotten in trouble for having food in their storage unit. Forgot to unlock my storage after contract signed and paid. Took time off and loaded for storage drop off. Only to find my storage unit locked and no after hours contact to remedy problem. Subsequent phone call for follow up yielded no positive results or compensation for my inconvenience. In fact follow up call was initiated by me. I left voice message after hours and no one bothers to follow up. So I would NOT recommend this business.
At first it seemed pretty cool but be warned they did something strange with my check. Money was withdrawn from my account but yet they said I did not pay them. Funny thing is they are saying it was returned apparently Wells Fargo bank and this storage place doesn’t get along. Be warned Wells Fargo won’t accept a check written out to them, so you must use the debit card. Since all of the confusion has taken place between the bank and them they are charging me at 50 fee because Wells Fargo would not allow a check for them to ... read more
