RecommendedMy mom Jeanie Kendrick was the manager of this facility for a few yrs and worked for this company many yrs. She just retired over a yr ago. She used up her retirement to buy a beautiful home to live out her days. Unfortunately her home burnt down with all most everything she owns. Including my sister's and two of her children that were living there as well.I have set up a fund raiser on my Facebook page and appreciate any donations and prayers. Security Public Storage in Riverbank is the best storage place I've ever been to. It's maintained very well, and the staff goes to every length to know exactly who is getting into which unit. Very safe. Thanks Security Public Storage. You're the best.
It is very secure and safe
The main reason the reviews are so positive, is because they offer you $15 off rent if you post a positive review on your social media. I too did this. And now that I’ve vacated I’m truly unhappy about the fact, I gave 2 weeks notice before vacating, I paid in full each month and when asked about a refund for not staying the entire month, I was declined any refund!! I strongly feel I’m owed the week I paid for and didn’t stay. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BASED ON THAT ALONE!

RecommendedAs I inquired about securing a storage unit today, I found this company and was very impressed with the level of service on the phone. Donna answered all my questions and shared some assuring info. There are no hidden fees on the price for the unit each month. Even the insurance is included. Each unit has its own security alarm and there are cameras throughout the facility. I reserved a perfect sized unit and Donna made it easy.
RecommendedHave had a storage here for almost 4yrs and they have been great. Good price and nice employee!
