Pros: * Unit is clean and secure * Staff was friendly and helpful (though management has apparently changed since I rented my unit). * Location is convenient (right off of Route 40). Cons: * 24 hour access would be preferable. * A bit more expensive than other options (if I had had more time to research I likely would have chosen a less expensive option). * I would have preferred not having a water pipe go directly through my unit, both because it takes away a bit of space and because it poses the potential for water damage ... read more
This is the 2nd storage facility I have used in Frederick. The 1st one was 15 years ago when I moved from NY to Md and needed to store items until our home was built...When i needed one 3 years ago I went back to them and was completely turned off. I visited SPS and was sold. The staff and site are wonderful...always available, the location is so close to my home and is always clean. Bravo. and Thanks
I've used a LOT of storage companies in the past -- and this one, by far, is the BEST!! Not only do they give you discounts for writing reviews ;) ;) :), but they are the friendliest people to do business with...seriously! The units are incredibly clean, have no odors, and are easily accessible. We had some items stored in another facility in Frederick and always had problems with access and payment acceptance and the place was not kept up. Since we moved our things to Security Public Storage in Frederick, we have not had these problems. We travel and have had most of our household items stored here for the past 7 years and have not had a problem yet. Great facility!!!!
Friendly , Helpful, Knowledgeable , Staff. I have been with Security for 5 years now, and can relax knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. I also know that SPS is the most economical storage facility in the Frederick area.If you need storage --- This Is Your Place.
I have been a Security Public Storage customer for over 3 years. I have NEVER experienced a problem with this company. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, my rates have NEVER changed! It is great knowing that I can store my belongings in a safe, reliable place, with easy access from both 270, Route 40, and 70. I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility!
We had 1 storage unit and needed another because we have so much stuff while we are waiting for our house to be built. When I moved to Frederick 4 months ago, I needed a place to store all of my things while waiting for our house to be built. We visited several storage units which, although nice, didn't seem to match the rental price they were asking. That is until we found Security Public Storage. Their rental rates are amazing and storage units are so clean.
