The staff is excellent and easy to work with.Their hospitality is the reason I decided to open up another storage, not just because I needed more space. I took advantage of their 6-month discount, which definitely helps financially. The location is easy to get to and they updated their security panels. My experience has been a very positive one starting with my very first phone call, for which they were professional, courteous, and helpful. They're facility is well maintained, and in an excellent, safe, and secure location. I've never had any problems dropping off, or picking up my belongings, and am glad I chose this Security Public Storage location.

I must tell you that your facility on Carter was the best storage facility I have ever been able to find. Your rules and regulations kept the place clean and safe, everything was kept so clean, and I always felt safe there even when I needed to access my stored items alone in the large building. Your employees were always courteous and friendly and I feel blessed to have found you. Keep up the good service to the community and good business policies.
