I Love this Storage Place, always willing to help with anything and great prices for the units. Steve and Carol are just the sweetist people. Its also close to where I live .
The Security Public Storage facility in Brea, CA on Apollo Street is a clean, well-kept and secure storage area. The operators are extremely helpful in explaining the different size units available, what to expect once you decide to keep your items in this facility, and how to access your items. They allowed me to use their own moving truck (practically brand new) for free on the day of my move. We were in the process of looking for storage facilities and in the process met Carol and Steve at the Security Public Storage in Brea, California. They were fantastic! In fact, we had three places to look at last week and never got past the first place, this one, because Carol and Steve were so friendly and helpful, we signed a contract there on the spot without looking further. We moved our first batch of furniture in today with the free moving truck. GREAT!
The experience Ive had with Security Public Storage has been one of the most bizarre and worrisome ever encountered. The first 3 months I was unable to enter my unit due to an extremely large beehive located up under my unit. The cavalcade of errors committed by a business just to get an exterminator out was fascinating. Unfortunately, a couple of my kids larger Christmas Presents had been in there. I had a good experience with Security Public Storage, up until the last month before move-out really. I just wish the owners and staff would have had a bit more compassion especially during these trying pandemic times. They were unable to grant me "pro-rate" as I just needed 2 days from the month (Jan 1 was a holiday) and I had to pay for a whole month (all January 2021)-- $328 for a large unit, instead of *at least* half the rate for those two days only! Very safe storrage unit, with flexible hours! I’ve been here 4 months now and have had no issues with bugs or mice which are a big issue in most Storages
Safe place with cameras and code alarms to YOUR unit to insure No one can get in to your unit. That is security worth paying for. Hope rent increase goes back to once a year.
