Staff: Always greeted with professionalism; yet, very 'down to earth' .Knowledgeable of the area and current events. Units: Always kept clean, and updated when there are to be changes and/or updates with the property.
First of all, the staff were a joy to work with. Very friendly and helpful. We have quite a bit of household goods having downsized from a 7,000 sq ft home in Texas. The site was very clean and we don't have to worry about vandalism because their security is topnotch. Very happy with their service and we used the 50% off for the first two months which helped tremendously.
The staffs are knowledgeable, courteous and the premises always clean and secured.
I have been a customer of this facility for over 2 years. I have had problems with them when it was Devlin Self Storage. Since taking over the facility Security Public Storage has been on the ball. Friendly, reliable, and competent is the name of their game. Ron and Janelle are two funny witty and very personable. I recommend this facility to anyone needing this type of service.
