Staff is very accommodating I've worked closely with self storage in Napa specifically for a move for a client and they were more than accommodating and very reasonable on the price they have great follow-up thank you again for making the experience a happy place.

Security storage has best customer service Clean, inviting and hospitable. Words you probably donât think of when you think of a storage facility. But Shaun and Mary certainly made me feel welcome. They were willing to work with me when I needed something quickly and also helped when I needed to change my locker quickly. Iâve used a few facilities in my time and this is by far the best one.
