Outstanding product selection and quick shipping. Their prices are excellent even when you add in the rather high shipping costs. But the difference maker is their customer service - extraordinary! I received a 25 pound bag of product that was torn. It was obvious that some of the product was lost out of the box. I called them up, and they immediately refunded a portion of the cost to make up for the lost product. No forced return with more shipping fees, just an easy, fair refund. Love that. I'll stay with them.
