I went to service my Lexus and ended up buying a new Tundra here. My lease was 5 months from expiring and I wasn’t prepared to pull out of it early. Toyota was able to pay off the remainder of my lease and get me into this Tundra at very close to the same payments I had been making in my Lexus. Every person i came in contact with was only interested in making me happy. They didn’t try to force me to settle for anything until I said, “this is the one” and they made it work for ME. Su Pak is amazing. She stepped in the middle of a confusing situation and handled it like a champ. She was so pleasant and caring and I believe was the reason I got the deal I did. I had a bit of a mix up in my deal. I left not a happy camper. Mark called me back and made it right and I ended up getting what I wanted. He completely rectified the situation and was extremely compassionate. His heart was in the right place and he really cares. Toyota is lucky to have him.

Had a wonderful fun time buying my new 4Runner Johnny, Su and Danny were awesome to deal with at Seminole Toyota. After I texted them my requests they were on in until the deal was done. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to accommodate all my needs and more. I even got a scone for lunch lol.
