Looking to buy a van Juan reached out to me after I submitted a request for a Toyota Sienna 2018, Juan has great phone ettiquet and was very pleasant to speak to. He clarified my doubts and suggested a few options considering my budget. Juan was not pushy yet made me feel very comfortable with meeting my needs. Buy a Toyota I would like to take this time to Say thank you to Tia Siso, my original sales person at David Maus Toyota. She was very pleasant and caring. I felt very comfortable speaking with her, she was patient and caring and understood when I told her I had a budget I needed to stay within. Do not buy anything fr this place i bought a car there and after 15 days a check engine light came on. Took it back for them to check n they gave me this long run around. This check engine light comes on only when it’s raining heavily but after a day or two of sun it goes off bc it’s dry. I bought the car when it was hot out so no check engine lite was on. They had to have known tht was a problem but they sold me the car anyways. Car got 40,000 miles on it so I didn’t expect anything to be wrong with it. Sales guy try to giv... read more
