From an experienced car buyer - best experience, by far I've purchased 11 new cars in the past 35 years and I always try to shop 3 dealers. Great experience and great selection We we're greeted immediately by Craig. He was very helpful finding us cars in our price range and helping to understand the difference between the cars we were looking for. Mark Dalton then helped us search any other car options on the lot and explained the pricing. It was a good experience and a great selection if cars.
Superb customer service and expectations! David Maus Toyota and their staff really takes care of their customers. My family has loved this dealership, and I am now the 5th person in my family to purchase a vehicle here. We felt like special customers and Beatrice was awesome Miss Mendez was always pleasant, respectful and never did we feel overwhelmed or rushed into a decision. Ultimately we purchased a 2019 RAV4 because Beatrice always listened carefully and gave us time to make an informed purchase.
