Quality and service above the rest Upon arrival I was quickly and politely greeted by Luis. I was hesitant in receiving help at first, because I wanted to first look at the cars on the lot. Luis was understanding and let me look on my own. Afterwards Luis came back to check on me and answered all my questions very detailed and with lots of knowledge. He helped guide me to the car I wanted/needed and was more than curtious the whole time. If you ever need anything definitely go see Luis.
My Sales Experience When I came in to purchase my vehicle I was a little intimidated because I had never done something like that before. Shane Sauls was my sales representative and put me immediately at ease. He took care of me and made me feel like I could trust him to negotiate the things that I was looking for and, in fact, made sure I had certain things in my package that I didn't even know I would need but am so glad I do now. Overall an excellent experience with service area I came to this location originally for general servicing and had an excellent experience; then I had a car accident and dealt with the collision repair side of things about 6 mo back. The collision repair side of things seemed a bit scattered overall (example: they had no clue where my paperwork was when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and it was sitting unlabeled on the receptionist desk), and although the job got done well it seemed like a lot more hassle than it wa... read more
