Very short staffed. And the people that are there act like they are doing you a favor when you ask for something. I can count on one hand. How many good workers are there. When family's there, they disappear outside to their smoking area. It's a shame and it's very sad. I would never recommend anybody put in either family members in there!

My mom is here for rehab on her hip. Worst food ever. Always cold and no choice of what to eat. Not at all clean. The same dirty bathroom shared by 4 people. Been dirty going on a week now. Not enough help. They come turn off your light and say they're telling the nurse. Nope, doesn't happen. Wait times are beyond ridiculous. Sad for anybody who doesn't have family to come help your family member daily. I don't even give this place a star. Pitiful

0 stars neglect their residents I went in their and they had 3 briefs on one patient. I never see them brush the residents teeth. Dianne the owner of the building is rude, unprofessional and uncaring. Definitely wouldn’t send my parents or grandparents here.
