I asked to speak with Umar Qureshi, the manager, and I got no message yet for my important bank issues. UR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX BALLZ.
They should disclose there is a $2 fee if the cashed check is under $200. It was not disclosed to me until I requested a receipt for my transaction & I read the receipt. The webpage, the signage, everything states the fee is 1% which is either false advertising or at least misleading. The cashiers should be better trained to disclose the increased fee upon seeing the amounts of the checks about to be cashed...
