They are amazing with my son. I have called many times with questions and always receive prompt feedback. I’ve done telehealth visits and many in person visits. Amazing Doctors and staff, very knowledgeable and so great withy son However they have incredibly long wait times once in the room for a doctor. usually about 30 minutes minimum, which unfortunately with a toddler can seem like hours.
We love Serenity! Unfortunately we spent a lot of time there this winter, and it was always pleasant. Every single person is cheery and warm. The different themed rooms are so fun and my daughter loves the fish tank. We’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back. The treasure chest is super cute. We switched from a mediocre pediatrician and we’re so glad we did.
The most amazing Pediatric Practice we could hope for.
Such a friendly office with great staff and caring knowledgeable doctors. We have moved since starting at their practice and still drive the 40 minutes to go see this group because they respect my choices as a parent. Their office is very kid friendly with amazingly decorated rooms; designated areas for sick children, well children, and newborns; a beautiful fish tank, a nursing room, and a "treasure chest" my toddler loves to visit on her way out!
My daughter came home from school not feeling well. A quick call to Serenity Pediatrics and she was seen by a doctor in less than an hour. I’m so grateful to the staff who made time to help my little girl feel better.
