Exactly what I wanted in tile Lizzie was super helpful and I'm really happy with the selection they had and my ultimate decision. They were patient and flexible and I'll definitely suggest to my builder that they keep working with set in stone.

The Hunt Box Experience After much shopping around I went to Set In Stone. I found the perfect remnant for the kitchen in a hunt box renovation. Everyone was helpful and when appointments were set they were kept in a timely manor. The price was also right. Thank you to all.
Poor Customer Service Set up appointment and met with Brooke and gave a rough layout of what I was looking at. They sent me an email days later stating that they will get back to me once they found a new vendor that might have something that will work in my bathroom. Over a month later after not hearing back from them, I reached out to Brooke asking for an update. No response after tile came loose from shower wall Set in stone did the tile work for our shower. 3 years later the tile started coming away from the wall. I have reached out to them and cannot get them to respond.
Very poor communication! I stopped by several weeks ago and was very interested in several granite patterns. The lady said she would send pics later that day. When they didn't arrive I emailed the company. I did get a response that said they would send the pics that day. Never came, no email no pics.
