Seth and the team were great throughout the whole process, from a super quick pre approval turn around through close. They were on top of everything and made the whole mortgage process very smooth. Seth was super helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. The weekly updates, ehome app to upload and track progress/docs, mortgage/payment calculator/visual tool, etc. are all a nice touch as well. Highly recommend.
