Seth contacted us on a Friday, we were closing with another lender on the next day. He offered to review the closing document with me to make sure I was getting the best deal. Upon review he identified several unnecessary costs. He went over a cheaper option that even had a lower rate. I was hesitant at first but he promised to get it done for us within 7 business days. So, Seth and his team went to work and all I can say is WOW. He delivered everything that he promised and we closed on day 7!
